Our sound healing sessions are designed for those seeking stillness in a noisy world. Through the deep resonance of planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion, and voice, you are invited into a space of rest, recalibration, and inner clarity.

Why Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an ancient practice found in cultures across the globe—from Tibetan singing bowls to Aboriginal didgeridoos. Today, neuroscience backs what our ancestors knew: sound can calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and support the body’s natural healing response. Frequencies used in sound healing help shift brainwaves from the active beta state to the deeply restful theta state—ideal for meditation, insight, and restoration.

What to Expect

Group sessions take place each full moon, when the body is most receptive to release and renewal.

  • Time: 7:00–8:00pm

  • Location: Indigo Spring Yateley

  • Capacity: Maximum 9 people

  • Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable
